What is scraps directory?

This area of the site contains works that were uncompleted, 
abandoned, or left as sketches. It also includes finished 
color images that are not up to our high standards as well
as high quality miscellaneous works that don't have anywhere
better to go. :)

By the way, avoid the _vti_cnf directories, if you see any, as they only contain frontpage junk files.
